Adaface offers you 2 ways to invite candidates to complete a test with Ada:

How to send an email invite to a candidate

  1. Navigate to the "Test" tab in your dashboard.

  2. Select the test you want to invite candidates to complete.

  3. Click the "Invite candidate" button on the top right.

  4. Fill out the required details and send the invite!

Link activation time: By default, the link invite is active as soon as the email is sent. If you want the link to be enabled only at a specific time (let's say for a campus recruitment event), you can set that here.

Test expiry time: You can set the test expiry time here. If the candidate does not attempt the test before the deadline, the invite will expire automatically and the credit will be refunded.

Reply to: If a candidate replies to the invite email, all email addresses added in the "Reply to" field will receive the candidate's email. It is helpful to add atleast 1 email id here, so that if a candidate wants to communicate with you (let's say they want you to extend the deadline), you are able to receive their emails.

  5. You can also review the email that will be sent out to the candidate. You can also edit the email template from the "Settings" tab in your dashboard.

  6. You can also invite multiple candidates at once by switching on the "Bulk invites" toggle. You can either upload a CSV with the name and email fields, or you can a list of comma separated email ids in the "Email addresses" field.

How to invite candidates via a public link

You can also create a public link for each test that you can share with candidates. The chat via the public link will start with collecting candidate details like name, email, phone number, resume and any other information that you would like from the candidate.

You can also use this link to integrate directly with your Careers page. More details about the public link feature can be found here.
