To ensure a fair and transparent evaluation, some assessments may require screen proctoring.
If enabled, you will be asked to share your entire screen before the test begins.
During the assessment, the system may capture screenshots if you switch tabs, open other applications, or move away from the test window.
Make sure you share your entire screen, not just a browser tab or window.
Google Chrome
Follow these steps if you are using Google Chrome
Step 1: Close other tabs and Stay on the test window
Before starting the test, close unnecessary tabs and applications.
During the assessment, you should remain on the test window.
Step 2: Share Your Entire Screen
When prompted, click Share Screen.
A screen sharing dialog will appear.
You must select Entire Screen (not a browser tab or window).
Select Entire Screen
Choose the screen you want to share
Click Share
Step 3: Confirm Screen Sharing Has Started
Once sharing starts, Chrome will show a notification that the site is sharing your screen.
Do not stop sharing until the test is complete.
Step 4: Enable Webcam Access
If webcam proctoring is enabled, your browser will ask for camera permission.
Click Allow to enable webcam access.
The system will capture periodic images during the test for integrity checks.

Step 5: Stay in Full-Screen Mode
Some assessments require full-screen mode.
If enabled:
The test will ask you to enter full-screen
If you exit full-screen, you will be reminded to return
Please keep the test in full-screen mode for the entire assessment.
Brave Browser
Brave uses the same screen-sharing interface as Chrome. Follow the Chrome steps above.
Steps
Click Share Screen when prompted.
Select Entire Screen.
Choose your screen.
Click Share.
Enable webcam access and proceed
Mozilla Firefox
Follow these steps if you are using Firefox.
Before starting the test, close unnecessary tabs and applications.
During the assessment, you should remain on the test window.
Step 1: Click “Share Screen”
When prompted during the test, click Share Screen.
⚠️ If screen recording permission has not already been granted to Firefox, you may be asked to allow it.
Go to System Preferences and grant permission (for Mac)
Step 2: Choose the screen to share
Firefox will show a screen sharing dialog.
Select the Entire Screen option from the dropdown
Click Allow
Step 3: Allow Webcam Access
If webcam proctoring is enabled, Firefox will ask for camera permission.
Click Proceed to enable webcam access.
The system may capture periodic images during the assessment to help ensure test integrity.

Safari (Mac)
Follow the steps below if you are using Safari.
Step 1: Close other tabs and stay on the test window
Before starting the assessment, close any unnecessary browser tabs or applications.
Step 2: Click “Share Screen”
When prompted during the test, click Share Screen.
Safari will ask you to choose what you want to share.
Step 3: Select “Allow to Share Screen”
Make sure you share the entire screen, not just a browser window.
Step 4: Enable Screen Recording Permission
If Safari does not already have permission to record your screen, macOS may ask you to enable it.
Go to: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording
Enable access for Safari.
Step 5: Allow Webcam Access
If webcam proctoring is enabled, Safari will ask for camera permission.
Click Allow to enable webcam access.
Step 6: Enter Full-Screen Mode
Some assessments require full-screen mode.
If prompted, allow the test to enter full-screen and remain in full-screen mode for the entire assessment.
If you exit full-screen mode, you may be asked to return to it.
Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer is not supported for proctored assessments. Please use a modern browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
Important Guidelines During the Test
While the test is running:
Do not switch tabs
Do not open other applications
Do not minimize the browser
Do not stop screen sharing
If you leave the test window, the system may capture screenshots and flag the activity in the test report.
