Integrating Adaface with Ashby will allow you to invite candidates to tests, track their status and review their scorecards- all from within your Ashby dashboard.
Once the integration is set up, you can:
Add Adaface tests as a stage in your candidate funnel.
Invite candidates to take a test with just one click.
Review scorecards from within the Ashby dashboard when they complete a test.
Cancel the invite sent from within the Ashby dashboard.
Setting up the integration
You must be on a paid plan Adaface to set up this integration.
Sign in to Ashby and click “Admin” in the top navigation bar.
Next, click “Integrations” on the left panel of the screen.
Select Adaface and click “+Enable Adaface”.
Select “Ashby API Key” and create a new API key. Copy the value provided. You could also save the key somewhere secure for future reference.
Fill in the “Adaface API key” shared by your Adaface account manager.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Ashby in your Adaface dashboard. Fill in the “Ashby API Key” you previously created & saved and enable the integration on Adaface.
Setting up an Adaface test for a job
You can add Adaface assessments to your jobs by going to Jobs > Dashboard > Select the job > Add activity > Select Adaface
Select the test from the dropdown and add it.
Setting up an Adaface test for a candidate
Add activity to candidate pipeline > Select Assessment.
Select the test from dropdown and add the activity.
Inviting a candidate to a test
After adding the assessment you can see a block with Adaface's assessment. Click on "Start Assessment".
Confirm the test and Click on "Start".
The assessment block updates with details after the test is scheduled and an invite email is sent to the candidate.
