Adaface

Integrating Adaface with Lever will allow you to invite candidates to tests, track their status and review their scorecards- all from within your Lever dashboard.

Once the integration is set up, you can:

Add Adaface tests as a stage in your candidate funnel.

Invite candidates to take a test with just one click.

Review scorecards from within the Lever dashboard when candidates complete a test.

You need to be on a paid plan of Adaface to set up this integration.

In your Adaface dashboard, go to Settings &gt; Integrations &gt; Lever.

You will be redirected to the Lever log-in page.

After logging in to your Lever account, a pop-up of permissions will be requested from you.

2. In your Adaface dashboard, go to Settings &gt; Integrations &gt; Lever.
3. Click on "Integrate".
4. You will be redirected to the Lever log-in page.
5. After logging in to your Lever account, a pop-up of permissions will be requested from you.
6. Accept the request to access.

1. In the Lever dashboard, Go to Settings &gt; Integrations and API &gt; Webhooks.
2. A unique webhook for your Lever account is added in the "Candidate stage changes".
3. Toggle the switch On.

Add the <code>Adaface Assessment</code> stage to your pipeline

1. Go to Settings &gt; Pipeline and archive reasons and click on "Customize pipeline stages" button
 
 
2. Click on + Add stages button in the middle of the page, type <code>Adaface Assessment</code> in the name field, configure the rest of the settings as desired and click on the "Add stage" button.
 
 
3. You can move the stage to the desired location in the pipeline.

4. Click Next. Review the changes and click Save.

1. Enable the webhook:
 1. In the Lever dashboard, Go to Settings &gt; Integrations and API &gt; Webhooks.

Setting up an Adaface test for a job

1. Go to "My tests".

2. Select the desired test.

3. In the link/URL at the top copy the text between the assessment and questions

Add it to the Lever job posting as tag <code>Adaface:{adaface-test-id}</code> and Click on "Save Changes".

 1. Go to "My tests".
 
 2. Select the desired test.
 
 3. In the link/URL at the top copy the text between the assessment and questions
 
2. Add it to the Lever job posting as tag <code>Adaface:{adaface-test-id}</code> and Click on "Save Changes".

Move the candidate to <code>Adaface Assessment</code> stage.

The candidate will receive an email for the test added to the job posting.

Tags and links are updated on the Lever dashboard.
