Each candidate will receive the same test. Using different questions for each candidate makes it harder to benchmark candidates.

What if they find a way to cheat?

  • The questions are non-googleable (if they google the question, they won't find anything online).

  • We have advanced proctoring features to make it harder to cheat.

    • IP proctoring

    • Web proctoring

    • Webcam proctoring

    • Plagiarism detection

    • Copy-paste protection

That being it is always possible to cheat if a candidate tries hard enough. Typically we have seen that it is not as common as you would expect, since a lot of measures are in place to make it harder to cheat.

The idea behind the Adaface screening test is to eliminate unqualified candidates (not to select the best candidates).

Typically 20% of your candidates would do well on the test, and you can interview them to decide which candidates would be a good fit.

We don't recommend using screening tests as the final decision making point, it is only to help you narrow down the top candidates.
