Adaface provides granular control over how a company can manage their recruitment team's access to various actions in Adaface. Each user is assigned a role which is a collection of permissions that are defined to indicate the actions that can be performed by the holder. For example, to edit a test, you must be either a Super Admin or Tests Admin.

Here's an overview of what roles you can assign to team members and what permissions they contain:

Super Admin

Super admins are the key Adaface dashboard managers. They have permissions of all other users along with few permissions only Super Admins posses. Here's the list of permissions exclusive to Super Admins

  • View/ Edit subscription

  • Invite new users

  • Resend invites to new users

  • Change roles of existing users

  • Deactivate/ Activate existing users

  • Delete existing users

  • View/ Setup integrations

  • View audit logs

  • Delete data

Tests Admin

Tests admins hold permissions of Candidates Admins along with few exclusive permissions. Here's the list of permissions exclusive only to Tests Admin (and Super Admin)

  • Edit test proctoring setting

  • Edit test video proctoring setting

  • Edit test timeboxing setting

  • Edit test graders

  • Edit test threshold

  • Edit test one-links

Candidates Admin

Candidates Admin holds permissions to manage candidates pipeline. Here's the list of actions they can perform (Super Admins and Tests Admins hold these permissions as well)

  • Invite new candidates

  • Resend candidate invites

  • Cancel candidate invites

  • Expire candidate invites

  • Shortlist candidate

  • Archive candidate

Note that not all permissions are enabled for your account by default. Permissions/ Features are enabled based on the plan you subscribe to. For ex: Video proctoring/ Audit logs is an enterprise only feature. Only those accounts with these enabled will have those permissions under Tests/ Super Admins. You can reach out to us at deepti@adaface.com for any queries. Check our full list of features here.
