Once you purchase a plan, we are unable to offer a refund.

If you're looking to try the platform first, you can sign up for free and preview a test (some sample questions are public), and try the candidate experience.

If you want to try the platform with real candidates but are unsure if the platform meets your needs, you can do so by purchasing one of our smaller plans first and trying it out on a smaller scale before making a larger commitment.

You can cancel your subscription at any point from your dashboard. If you have an active subscription that is up for renewal, you will receive an email reminder from Stripe 7 days before the renewal. If you choose not to cancel your subscription, it will be automatically renewed (we won't be able to offer a refund).
