There are several test level settings you can use, to customize the test to best suit your recruitment workflow:

  • Timeboxing

  • Web proctoring

  • Webcam proctoring

How to view/ change your test level proctoring settings

  1. Navigate to "Tests" tab in your dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the test for which you want to view/ change settings.

  3. Click on 'Settings'.

  4. You can select whether you want the test to be timed, web-proctored and webcam-proctored.

Timing the test: If turned on, candidates will need to finish each question in the stipulated time. Enable this to make sure candidates finish the chat once they start. This setting also makes it harder for candidates to use unfair means to complete the test.

Enabling web-proctoring: If turned on, the tests will be proctored. When candidates leave the tab/ window of test during the test, this activity will be monitored and reported in the scorecard. Read more on how Adaface proctoring eliminates unfit candidates.

Enabling webcam-proctoring: If the test is video proctored, Ada will ask the candidate for webcam permissions at the start of the test and will capture webcam images at random times during the assessment. The scorecard will show the series of webcam images for advanced cheating detection capabilities.
