Integrating with Workable
Integrating Adaface with Workable will allow you to invite candidates to tests, track their status and review their scorecards- all from within your Workable dashboard.
Once the integration is set up, you can:
Add Adaface tests as a stage in your candidate funnel.
Setup tests for each role.
Invite candidates to take a test with just one click.
Get notified when they complete a test and review scorecards from within the Workable dashboard.
Setting up the integration
You need to be on a paid plan of Adaface to set up this integration.
Email ada@adaface.com for an API key.
In your Workable account click on the Integrations tab.
Find Adaface in the list of assessment providers, paste the API key in the key field and click Update Settings.
Setting up an Adaface test for a job
Select the role you want to set up the test for and navigate to the Assessments tab in your Workable dashboard.
Select the pipeline stage you want to include the test in.
Select the Adaface test you want to invite candidates to complete for that role.
Inviting a candidate to a test
Move the selected candidate to the pipeline stage where you have set up the Adaface test.
Click the "Send assessment to candidate" icon and then hit confirm. The candidate will receive an email invite to take the test.
You will get an email notification when the candidate completes the test with a link to the scorecard.
