Adaface does not send acknowledgement emails to candidates after they complete an assessment.
Here’s how the process works instead:
1. In-assessment confirmation
At the end of the test, candidates are clearly informed that the assessment has finished.
Inside the chat interface, the candidate sees a confirmation that the assessment is complete.
Once they end the chat, they are shown a final confirmation screen stating that their assessment has been submitted to the employer.
This serves as the official acknowledgement of completion.
2. No email notifications
Candidates will not receive a follow-up email confirming that they have completed the assessment. All confirmations happen within the assessment interface itself.
3. If a candidate leaves the test midway
The assessment remains open for a few hours, giving the candidate the chance to return and finish it.
If they do not return within this timeframe, the system will automatically close the assessment.
