The spider graph in Adaface scorecards provides a visual representation of a candidate's performance across different skill categories. It helps recruiters and employers compare an individual candidate’s scores against both company averages and industry averages for a more informed hiring decision.

Company Average

This is calculated based on all test-takers who have answered questions from this category while applying for roles within your company.

Industry Average

This represents the global average score for that skill category across all candidates who have completed Adaface tests. Adaface. It includes data from a wide range of industries and locations to provide a benchmark for how candidates perform globally.

How are these comparisons useful?
